With many years handling land sites that require careful preparation and process to bring forward suitable for development in a variety of arenas including residential and commercial ARBA has recently been able to convert an outline planning consent to a full planning consent for both a residential site with 157 plots and an 8.4 acre commercial site.
ARBA has further projects under consideration and is looking for additional sites that it can utilise its specialist skills on and those of its professional teams of consultants.
The site acquired by ARBA in a joint venture with Ground Group Ltd required specific skills to convert an outline consent to full planning consent and then construct a new roundabout access from the main Chesterfield Road into the site. The site will house a new venture between Stobart and Laing O’Rourke managed by London based Roebuck Asset Management.
