Andrew Allen


Development & Leasing Director

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and a registered RICS Valuer with twenty-five years of commercial property experience.  After joining Fernie Greaves in Sheffield he qualified whist at Barnsley MBC, and then held positions with Wilkinson Stores, Vision Express, Fitness First European Board & Georgica Plc (Riley’s Cue Sports). In 2003 Andrew formed LWE Commercial Property Advisers based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire retaining world class clients including Tesco & Morrisons and continues to maintain a strong network of agency, landlord and operator contacts nationwide.

Having established ARBA with Richard in 2013 he now sources and acquires new sites for ARBA Group, being aware of occupier requirements these can be tailored to exacting locations.  Andrew deals with the leasing and contractual matters of the transactions for the group.

Robert Bryant


Construction Director

Robert is a qualified construction executive with more than 35 years of experience in the field of construction management, estimating and quantity surveying and is the founder, owner and Managing Director of Mansfield-based Tanbry Construction Limited.

Established in 1994, Tanbry now has an annual turnover of £10m, employs approximately 50 local time-served trades people and is involved in various projects including commercial projects for several national retailers, office refurbishments, large school extensions and social housing projects for many of the regional housing associations and local authorities.

Richard Burns


Managing Director

Richard brings a wealth of experience to ARBA. He is a qualified property development executive with more than 25 years of experience in property investment, development management & project management.

Richard was Property Director of Dixon Motors PLC through to its sale to Royal Bank of Scotland in 2005 and has historically advised several large investment funds on their strategic land portfolios with a focus on promoting large urban expansion sites through local authority emerging Local Plans. He led ARBA’s acquisition of the Meadowhall Business Park, in Sheffield, and the purchase and promotion of the 147 houses and 8 acres of commercial space at Barlborough, Derbyshire.

Robert Eaton


Development Director

Robert is a chartered surveyor and a registered RICS Valuer with thirty two years of commercial property experience. Having qualified with RICS in 1986 he held positions as retail development manager at Murrays Leeds (now Dacre Son & Hartley) before moving to Shell UK Limited to become regional development Director sourcing sites for the petrol filling stations and Superdrive Motorist Centres. He then established the South Yorkshire office of William H Brown Commercial before taking the business private under the name Eaton Commercial in 1994. The business has specialised in motor retail, roadside and retail development ever since and he has established a highly respected niche in this property sector with a significant client portfolio. Robert has been an active Director of ARBA following successful negotiation to secure the company’s flagship office scheme Meadowhall Business Park and now works as part of the team with emphasis on identifying new opportunities for the Groups’ activities.
